"WILLY'S AND BITTI'S DIARY"

9. - 10.8.2008

Kooikerhondjes' summer camp
Kontiolahti, Kiviniemi farm

Bitti tell:
In rainy weather we drove towards Kontiolahti, which situate at the opposite side of Finland than our hometown Pori. Although we had GPS-navigator, master and mistress thought that we were lost. However we were on the right road and found finally the Kiviniemi Farm at the end of very narrow road.

Normally we don't like rain, but there were so much new nice smells that we wanted to be outside our caravan trailer. There were also many nice kooiker-girls!

I and Willy tested a new hobby: hunting blood track search. At the end there were a cloven hoof of moose. I was little afraid of it and only smoothly touched it with my nose. Willy touched and examined it well.

While we were in the forest, our mistress gave dogdance lecture to our breed-friends. Until now, Willy has been the only dancing kooikerhondje in Finland.

In addition of her lecture, Anitta studied how to needle clothes to dogs.

Before evening the rain stopped. That was nice. Anitta and Willy danced "Rock around the clock" at the camp evening party.

After his presentation, Willy started to sausage-formula race. Willy rushed to the track and took another lap to ate alla sausage slices.

I did more carefully race lap. Master guided me well.

At Sunday morning there were sunshine. We enjoyed it. Below Bitti show his own style to enjoy warm summer weather.

Mistress and Willy studied dog massage and stretching.

Camp friends in portrait. It was not easy to get so many kooikers in the same picture. Willy and Aku had all the time something to said to each other. I tried also say my comments.

There were "the most eager dog" race in ending party. Willy thouhgt that it was his turn all the time. Willy ate fast, but rushed again. He was not fastest!

I wass also enthustiatic

I was faster than Willy! Normally Willy ate the whole cup before I have finished my first mouthful.

I was nice to met old friends ans got familiar to new ones. Thanks for organizers. You have made great job.

There were first sunny, but we got rain before we were at home.
